- 2 parts Bayou® White Rum
- 1/2 part Bayou® Satsuma
- 1 part fresh lime juice
- 1 heaping tablespoon superfine sugar
- Handful of fresh mint leaves
Gently muddle mint with lime juice and sugar, add ice and rum, shake vigorously until sugar is dissolved. Strain over fresh ice, top with club soda, garnish with mint leaves.
