Bayou Rum has launched XO Mardi Gras, a luxury priced line extension. The 40% abv spirit is distilled in copper pot stills and aged up to six years aging in Bayou’s solera system, whose barrels are comprised of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks.
