To launch his new book, Dig It, Chef John Folse will be demonstrating recipes using Bayou Rum in 4 dishes from appetizers to dessert. A tasting of each dish is included, plus a recipe book with all recipes. Bayou Rum drinks will be served along with the food. A book signing will be available after, an additional purchase of a book is required.
